In a case of emergency in a Casino, how do I claim my winnings?

There are different types of emergency that could happen in any place. There could be fire, robbery, a fight, or even shooting. These things are bound to happen anywhere at anytime, but we don't pray it does. What if it happens, how are the players who have won compensated on their winning? Is there a record of all people that are winning or they are just left hanging?

I think that the player or players who has/have earned winnings from playing casino games will be paid after the dust has settled on the incident, returning the casino back to its normal operations. I would be flabbergasted if this were not the case

Well, that seems hopeful. I always think of what ifs. If the Casino was completely burnt to the ground, who do you go to? You know that the owner themselves are mourning their casino loss and you are thinking of going to meet them for your pay. What can be done in this case?

It is hard for me to explain and give a definitive answer to your query because I have never witnessed this scenario first hand. I think that if you seek legal redress, the gambling company may be forced to give you compensation, more so if you have a receipt of winning

Okay. Sounds fair because it is cool if I get my first winning after a long time and coincidentally something happens and I find it hard to cash out my winnings. It will be very devastating for me and I might end up adding salt to the wound of the Casino for my pay. Anyway thanks for your reply. I was just thinking if there is a contigency plan for this.

The casino may try and toe the line of claiming that their loss of your money was due to unforseen circumstances which was not preventable, but it is your right to take the matter to court so that you can attempt to acquire the winnings

I think one thing you should note is that in casino you have to wait for the minimum withdrawal before you can actually withdraw your earnings easily the way you want
