In October, Indiana casino revenue fell to $195.5 million.

According to the Indiana Gaming Commission, the casinos and racinos in Indiana have reported a total of $195.5m in adjusted gross revenue for the month of October. This figure reflects a 10.3% decrease compared to the same period last year and a $7.3m decline from September.

The slot revenue for October amounted to $153.3m. It is worth noting that all twelve of Indiana's casinos experienced a year-over-year decline in revenue. The Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana located in Gary remained the top-earning casino, generating $31.3m in revenue.

On the other hand, Horseshoe Hammond witnessed the most significant drop in revenue, with a decline of 21.3% compared to October 2022. Interestingly, only two casinos saw an increase in revenue compared to September. Caesars Southern Indiana experienced a 6.8% growth, while Ameristar Casino in East Chicago saw a 6.3% increase compared to the previous month.
