In October, Iowa sportsbooks took in $238.7 million.

A $238.7 million sports betting handle was recorded for October by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission.
US.- A $238.7 million sports betting handle was recorded for October by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. This represents a rise of 16% from September's $200.2 million but a decrease of 15% from October 2021's $280.9 million. $212.7 million was spent online and $26 million was spent in stores.

Imagine a gambling company or industry gaining up to like $238.8 million on just the month of October. Just imagine how much they will be making per year. I'm sure that amount is still the amount they gain after paying out those people that have win.

This is a huge amount of money to be made by a sports betting company in a month. this indicates that they have a lot of players and they have good game structure and payment structure in place to attract that kind of value.

Kudos to Iowa racing and gaming commissions. It is not possible to have generated upto $238.7m within October month. They should not relent in their efforts. I expect to see them generate more in the month of November. However, the proceeds must be well utilized for the benefit of the populace.
