In Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Wynn Resorts will launch the first casino in the Gulf Arab region.

In a first for the Gulf Arab region, where gambling has long been prohibited, hotel and casino operator Wynn Resorts will open a casino at the opulent resort it is building in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to Chief Executive Craig Scott Billings.
The opening of the casino would be a turning point for the Gulf, which has typically imposed stricter regulations than other regions of the Middle East.

Good initiative from Wynn Resorts. But let's be hopeful that the development would actualized giving the perception of the Middle East to gambling. I hope the government won't ban it upon completion.
