In September, Fanatics more than doubles its MA sports betting handle.

After several months of testing, Fanatics began to ramp up their operations with the start of the football season. In Massachusetts last September, Fanatics more than doubled its handle from August, accepting nearly $8.9 million in wagers compared to $4.4 million the previous month, as stated in the most recent report from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission. While this was a significant increase, Fanatics still remains towards the lower end of the list for the month. Leading the way is DraftKings, which continues to expand its market dominance in the state. The Boston-based company amassed $290 million in handle, accounting for 58% of the $500 million in bets placed across the state's eight online sportsbooks.
