Is it proper to actually request the personal details of the users in process of actually attending to the users complaint ,I think many platform actually do this most times so that they could actually verify the users properly , so they would actually request the personal information and others of the users

I believe that it is best for s customer care not to even attempt of asking for a customer's personal details because this should already be recorded in the database when a participant newly registers on the platform

It's going to be good if you are actually not going to be requesting for some important personal information , because I have noticed quite well that not everyone loves that , they really want something cool in the first place
