Indian tribe takes insurance company to Court

Indians who operate a casino in Florida are embroiled in a complicated legal battle with an insurance provider after being defrauded of $5.3 million over the course of four years by staff.
Four staff, three wives, and a fiancée of the Miccosukee Casino are accused of the heist, which was first discovered seven years ago.
The situation has now gotten to the point that the tribe is suing its insurance provider to get the money back, according to the Florida Sun Sentinel.
