Due to an earlier car theft, a 46-year-old man was placed under arrest on Monday at Bally's Evansville Casino & Hotel in Indiana. The vehicle theft that happened earlier this month has been linked to the suspect. Officers discovered a glass pipe, suspected methamphetamine and fentanyl at the scene of his arrest. As of Friday morning, he was still being held at the County Jail after his booking.
