Indiana iGaming could generate almost $1billion in revenue for state

If lawmakers in Indianapolis were to take action to legalize online slot machines and table games, Indiana iGaming would almost immediately bring in hundreds of millions of new tax revenue for the state.

The Pennsylvania-based research company Spectrum Gaming Group was hired by the Indiana Gaming Commission in May 2023 to examine the effects of online casino gaming. Spectrum recently submitted its findings to the state gaming regulator, illuminating the potential benefits for Indiana residents who wish to gamble online.
