Is a wager on over 3.5 goals for Cambuur Leeuwarden vs. Sparta a wise one?

Sjors Ultee, the new Cambuur coach, earned his first victory in the match against FC Emmen and Cambuur Leeuwarden last weekend, which ended in a scoreless draw. Cambuur lost 1-0 to De Treffers in the Dutch Cup following their 0-3 loss to FC Volendam. Cambuur failed to score for the third straight game, despite playing well and having multiple scoring opportunities in the first half. Cambuur is still ranked 18 in the Eredivisie with 9 points after 16 games and a score of 0-0. They had only won once in eight games at home and had lost their previous four games.

Last Saturday, Sparta won 1-0 thanks to a late goal from Kitolano.

I know they usually score a lot of goals in the Netherland league, bit don't you think playing over3.5 goals is kind of too much for small teams. I might have advice that if it's big teams playing. I think over 2 is okay
