No is the obvious response to this. As the outcomes always depend to some extent on the cards dealt, there is unquestionably a large amount of luck involved. Nobody has any power over this, at least not without cheating.

The outcomes in blackjack, however, are also closely tied to your strategy. By making the right choices in every hand, you can lessen the total impact of luck. Although luck will still play a role, your choices will have a significant influence on the results you might expect.

They is no game that is a game of chance, only if you are lucky enough I might say that you can get a good result in any type of game you are playing, so I believe that any type of online casino game anyone is playing all that matters is Luck apart from that it is difficult to cheat

I think that stating blackjack is a game of chance emphatically is a disservice to the game. It is nowhere near as luck-dependent as the slot machines, and there are strategies which have been proven to help win blackjack rounds.

It could be regarded as a total game of chance because the chances of winning is based on luck and you cannot control the outcome on your own based on your level of skill or experience that you have had in the game.

I do not subscribe to the idea that blackjack is a game which is won and lost by just luck, because there are proven strategies that stand you in better stead of winning against the dealer, such as card counting
