Is gambling a solution to poverty?

Gambling is considered to be the solution to poverty by many people based on the fact that gambling seems to be one of the easiest ways to become a millionaire overnight just by staking your cash.

But the real thing is that gambling has done more harm than good not because gambling itself is bad but because people tend to stake what they can't afford to lose even after been warned not to do so, gambling is not a solution to poverty but a quick way to get cash if you're low.

Gambling is never and will never become a remedy to poverty. Most times I've even noticed that people that are very adamant about getting money from gambling are the one that end up losing more. You should never rely of gambling so that you won't later regret
