Is it adviceable to be agamblers friend

Am asking this question because one of my close friend is involve in gambling and he is getting money from it and he is now addicted to it and he is okey and enjoying him self and I am managing my self and he as ones encourage me also to try it that it is good and it also brings money but me am curious to do such because I don't want to get involved and become addicted to it be cause as for me i no that every thing that have advantage has it own disadvantage

Well, I'm one person that don't get easily influence by friends. I have a cousin that I'm close to, he even introduced me to gambling. he is an addict but I'm not. You can he friends with a gambler but it might not be one.
