Whether to rent or lease a property for a casino depends on a variety of factors. Renting a property may be more cost-effective in the short-term, as it does not require a long-term commitment. However, leasing a property can provide greater stability and may be more cost-effective in the long-term if the property is located in an area where property values are expected to increase. Additionally, leasing a property can provide greater flexibility, as the terms of the lease can be tailored to the needs of the casino business. Ultimately, the best option for a casino business will depend on a variety of factors, including the business's budget and long-term plans

Well, for me I prefer to buy a property for my casino business as I would not be bothered with rent for a long time if not for life. But the first thing is to found of a good location that would suit the casino then you consider the environment so to be sure it's not crime filled.
