I've been all in with Kings many times. Kings are a great starting hand, but going all in pre flop often means overplaying them. There are situations where shoving with Kings works - tight aggressive opponents, large stacks relative to the blinds - but in general, a tight check-raise strategy post flop achieves better ROI long term, particularly against multiple opponents. Folding Kings pre is rarely correct, but going all in can leave value on the table.
