Is it possible to run both sport gambling and lottery together?

I believe there are probably some people that actually do run both together , like for Instance many of them run both sport gambling like they bet on sport and others to make more money ,and they still run lottery in addiction , have you actually been making sucess running both together and how have you been making money doing so

It is possible to run both sports betting and lottery together. But I think is that engaging in both games would not promote specialization. It won't allow the gambler to specialize on a particular game and develop in it.
Also, the bettor won't be able to concentrate on a particular game.
