Is it possible to set a goal as a gambler?

Would set goals for so many things. People ensure that they achieve such goals in the future but I've never seen anyone set goals in the casinos that this is the amount they are expecting you to win at certain moment. I don't think it is really possible for such thing to happen in the casino sphere because it is a gamble that does not give you any guarantee.
