Is it right for a woman to play poker?

I do not see what is wrong in women playing poker because it is an activity that could be engaged by both male and female and we have quite a number of professional Poker Pro that are women . There are women winning the game with a very good streak almost all the time. The bottom line is that it would not be good to venture into such game without prior experience.
