The sport is so unpredictable at times, favorite teams lose and underdogs win. So while lay betting may work sometimes utilizing the odds in your favor, one upset result can wipe out multiple lay bets. So perhaps it's best to remain cautious with lay betting and not go overboard utilizing this approach. But in moderation, for carefully selected games, lay betting could be a decent supplemental football betting strategy.
