Roulette is a special type of Casino gambling which involve uses of number. I got to know about this as I sometimes visit the gambling house closer to my area over here and I always see the way those guys that are playing games.

One thing I notice about some guys in our area is that there are some of them that specialise in playing roulette and avoid all the casino games. these guys have developed a set of rules which day follow to play game so that they will increase their chances to win. So is roulette luck or skill

You still have a very good point because the roulete is based on skill when you want to play on the table but the roulette wheel is basically luck because the the ball lands on anywhere that cannot be determined by anyone.
