I got to know that there is a particular person who has won jackpot more than 3 times some people said in a roll. This got me to question the fact that lottery is random.

Lottery is random. Winning in a row doesn't mean that it is not in a roll, some people may just be lucky with games. I bet if you asked him how many times he has lost too, he must have lost counts on how many times in a row too.

I genuinely believe that lottery draws are randomized, mainly due to how it operates and the fact that I have no proof to suggest the opposite. Therefore, I do not believe that the winning numbers are tampered with
