After the former obtained the necessary regulatory approvals from the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the strategic acquisition was completed on December 16, 2024. J&J Gaming announced that its subsidiary had successfully acquired Leisure Gaming through a strategic takeover.
As the company expands its presence and product line, the acquisition marks a significant turning point for J&J Gaming. Ten nonrestricted casinos are included in the acquisition agreement for Leisure Gaming.
