Jaguars sue former owner for using $66million to gamble

Non-gambling partners may feel betrayed and hurt upon learning that their partner has a gambling problem, which can cause them to become enraged, resentful, and lose trusting of one another. The basis of the partnership may be seriously weakened by this erosion of trust. The former employee, who embezzled millions from the team to support a lavish lifestyle and gambling habit, is facing legal action from the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars have filed a lawsuit in a Florida state court against a former employee of their financial department for using their virtual credit card to pay for opulent vacations, pricey personal purchases, and DFS entries on FanDuel and DraftKings.
