Judge allows Roblox gambling lawsuit to proceed

A federal judge in California was asked by Roblox to throw out a lawsuit filed by two mothers who claim the app enabled an illicit gambling ring to prey on their kids. Rather than dismissing certain claims, such as RICO allegations, the judge has allowed the case to continue.

Roblox effectively argued in a move to dismiss that the kids didn't lose any money when they purchased Robux and used them for gambling.

In my opinion the judge should definitely listen to both the sides and then should come at the conclusion both of the parties definitely need to make sure that they are able to provide a sufficient and transparent statement according to which the results of the case can be finalised indeed
