Judge allows smoking to continue in Atlantic City casinos

While denying employees who have long fought for the right to breathe clean air on the casino floor, a judge on Friday permitted smoking to continue in Atlantic City's casinos, providing some respite to the city's beleaguered gaming sector.

The city's nine casinos, the majority of which are losing money to live players compared to before the COVID19 pandemic struck, celebrated a significant win with the Superior Court Judge's decision.

Maybe the judge was given some sort of money or assets by the casinos to give the decision in their favour but usually such things should not be allowed to protect health for the workers of the setup actually indeed .
