Kambi Group cancels repurchased shares

The Kambi Group declared that 1,374,678 common B shares had been fully cancelled. The shares were purchased during earlier share buyback initiatives, and their cancellation aligns with Kambi's goal of strengthening its capital position. On November 18, 2024, at Kambi's Extraordinary General Meeting, the shareholders approved the cancellation.

The total number of issued shares in Kambi is 29,903,619 ordinary B shares, each with a nominal value of €0.003, and the issued share capital after the cancellation is now €89,711.
