The 2014-founded Bloomin' Buds Theatre Company seeks to dispel any stigma associated with being working-class in the artistic world. The organization provides internship and academic positions for underprivileged young people and employs 12 persons from working-class backgrounds. It also has a staff of about 10 volunteers.More than £36,000 in National Lottery cash has been given to Bloomin' Buds throughout the years, supporting weekly theater performances, community lunches, psychological health initiatives, and performance events.
