Kazakhstan requires gambling operators to provide tax information

Members of Kazakhstan's parliament have approved modifications to the nation's tax code that mandate operators submit reports on the operations of regional participants.

Owners of gaming and lottery businesses are required by the new regulations to provide data on player losses and wins, as well as information regarding the size of bets made. The National Tax Authority of the nation must receive the aforementioned data online.

Kazakhstan will also mandate that operators implement new technological systems that automatically forward the information to the relevant authorities in order to ensure that gaming companies comply with these new regulations.
