Kentucky attorney general declares no-chance casino games illegal

In an advisory, the attorney general of Kentucky informed state and local prosecutors as well as law enforcement that they have his backing in their pursuit of the so-called "risk-free" and "no-chance" gaming machines that have lately been seen in a large number of small businesses.

More than 500 risk-free gaming machines are allegedly running illegally in Kentucky, according to his office's estimation. Gas stations, convenience stores, and eateries all frequently have the games.
