Kentucky governor reaffirms illegality of risk-free slot machines

The state sees "risk-free" slot machines and other grey market devices as unlawful, and the attorney general of Kentucky has reminded law enforcement and prosecutors of this. More than 500 of these devices are reportedly in use in the state.

He said that the Franklin Circuit Court had upheld the ban on the devices in June. Law enforcement has his orders to look into and prosecute infractions.
