Kentucky lawsuit seeks triple the losses of all skill gambling machines

In 2023, skill games, also known as "gray machines," were specifically outlawed in Kentucky. A lawsuit is now attempting to use an antiquated clawback law to recover three times the money that Kentucky players lost.

As crazy as it sounds, this gambit isn't. Simply ask PokerStars. The online poker behemoth was sued by the State of Kentucky in 2011. The company had previously offered unlicensed online poker in the United States due to the lack of such licensing.
 
It should be done so as the players that lost a lot of money due to such things should not be the ones to suffer and the money lost in such events should always be paid back to the players indeed actually
