As reported by the Kentucky Jackpot, Lori Janes, a business manager and treatment organizer at Harmon Dentists Center in Louisville, claimed that she had originally taken a $25 TJ Maxx gift voucher at a party on Thursday evening, but that a different employee ultimately decided to receive the gift from her in accordance with the rules of the system.
