Kindred Group votes to keep eight current board members

The annual general meeting of Kindred Group was held recently. Several members of the company's board of directors were re-elected.

A number of important decisions were also made during the meeting, including how many people could serve on the nomination committee for the company. The business decided to limit the committee's membership to four or five people at most.

A $1 million total fee to Kindred's directors was also approved. Kindred's nomination committee suggested that this payment be made to directors who are not employees of the company.

This is good that the development authorities of the platform are trusting their individual that are working with the company from a very long time and they are also providing income for the employees that are not working directly with the company this is a winning culture that is being promoted in the company and every company working in the market should learn from them how to run a successful company actually indeed
