Koi Nation says casino project is in full accordance with law

The Koi Nation of Northern California claims that it has followed "full accordance with federal law" when pursuing regulatory approvals for its Shiloh Resort & Casino.
The statement from the tribe was made in response to the governor of California's opposition to the proposed construction of the property in Sonoma County.

The 600 million dollar Koi Nation project is expected to be built on 68 acres of Sonoma County land that the tribe bought in 2021. The county's third resort and casino, designed in the style of Las Vegas, is planned to have 2,500 gaming machines in addition to a hotel, restaurant, and food services.
