KSA cautions businesses against using loyalty programs to entice young folks.

The Dutch regulator stated that while one provider instantly obeyed and withdrew its plan, the other needed to be threatened with legal action prior to actually agreeing to shut down its scheme. The KSA withheld the identities of either operator.
On their individual websites, each supplier made the loyalty programs available to all gamers, including teenagers. Such programs and efforts shouldn't target young adults because they are considered promotion in the Netherlands.

I supported KSA motives. Why would any businesses use loyalty to entice young folks into gambling?.
Any businesses found culpable should be dealt with.
While some erring businesses were complying, some are obstinate. This is bad and should be condemned.
