Ksa fined Toto Online €400,000 for targeting young adults with its advertising

After Toto Casino was penalised €400,000 for targeting advertising at young persons between the ages of 18 and 23, the Dutch gambling authority, Kansspelautoriteit, has initiated additional regulatory action.
Nederlandse Loterij, a company with websites at toto.nl, sport.toto.nl, and casino.toto, was discovered to have sent these messages to all of its clients over the course of a four-month period.
From October 1, 2021, the day the legal online gambling industry opened for business, until February 1, 2022, this was the case. After this latter date, it is claimed that Toto Online stopped the violation.

Toto casino should be made to pay its fines of €400,000 as a result of its guilt of breaking gambling promotion codes.
This fine would serve as a lesson to others who are on the verge of likely breaking this promotional code. We should all rise against any acts or gambling advertisements purposely designed for targeting young folks.
