KSA has issued customer service language warning to gaming platform TonyBet : Report

According to the updates that are coming from the gambling markets the Dutch gaming Authority has decided to review the services of the platform Tony bet , that were unable to provide a 24/7 helpline for their customers and they had frequent issues with the services of the company as well according to the laws of the country each gambling company needs to have a 24/7 facility off contact for their customers so that they can be dealt with in an according and proportionate manner , Further more After TonyBet launched its website in the Dutch market in late 2024, the KSA received a communicative submission from a player that it could only interact with the company's customer services in English , Following the KSA’s enquiry, TonyBet has since hired additional Dutch-speaking customer assistants and restored a 24/7 Dutch-speaking customer service helpline. No additional action has been specified by the KSA.
