KSA issues a cease and desist injunction against Betonline.ag.

The gambling regulator of the Netherlands, KSA, has issued an order to Blue High House, the operator of Betonline.ag, to cease providing gambling services to Dutch consumers. If Blue High House fails to comply with the order, KSA will impose weekly fines of €43,000 on the operator, with a maximum penalty of €129,000. Blue High House is not authorized to offer gambling activities in the Netherlands. The operator was given a two-week period from the date of the decision, September 29, to adhere to KSA's directive.
