Ksa issues a warning about enforcement action if cashback bonuses continue.

If licensed businesses continue to provide cashback bonuses, the Dutch gaming regulator, Kansspelautoriteit, has threatened to take immediate enforcement action.
In a letter issued to each group that occupies a spot in the controlled ecosystem, the regulator reminded them that providing bonuses in this manner is not permissible and advised them to discontinue their conduct.

I never knew that given cash back bonuses is illegal . I think all casino should adopt different strategies that they knew will definitely work for them because Casino is wide industry that is highly competitive and you need to stay afloat with different policies.

But what is the meaning if this. Is the Dutch Gaming Authority saying that cash back bonus is illegal. Cash back bonus by any casino is actually one of the best bonus a casino can offer its customers and i know so many casinos that offer cash back bonus. I don't seem to understand why the Dutch gaming authority are against it
