KSA presented the case for improved player protection to the Dutch Ministry of Justice

The Dutch Gambling Authority, also known as the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), will propose changes to the laws and regulations pertaining to player protection to the Ministry of Justice in the Netherlands. Following an extensive examination conducted by the KSA, it has been determined that gambling companies have the potential to intervene in instances of excessive gambling by specific customers in a more prompt and efficient manner.
