The Dutch Gambling Authority (KSA) found that many affiliate websites were promoting illegal gambling.
Out of 33 websites, 14 were guilty of advertising illegally, even to people who had banned themselves from gambling.
These sites were paid by unlicensed gambling providers to target various groups, including those protected by the exclusion register.
