Kyushu Resorts Japan decides not to appeal rejection of Nagaki casino proposal

A group headed by Casinos Austria, Kyushu Resorts Japan, attempted to obtain one of the licenses and proposed a casino project to be located in Nagasaki.
The central government had financial concerns about the project, so in the end, the Casino Administration Committee rejected it.

Kyushu Resorts Japan was consequently unable to obtain the desired gaming concession, forcing the province of Nagasaki to start over from scratch.

It turns out that the consortium led by Casinos Austria will not be appealing the ruling.
