Labour candidate rescinded from election voting for betting scandal

Following a Labour candidate's suspension due to a betting scandal, a woman from Suffolk expressed her frustration at "losing" her vote. The candidate's name was still listed as an independent on the voting slip because it was too late to remove him from the race. The drama prevented the official Labour candidate from being presented to 76,000 voters in the Central Suffolk and North Ipswich constituency.
