Las Vegas among the worst cities for hotel and casino services

According to a recent assessment by the travel website Planetware.com, Las Vegas did not rank among the Top 10 US cities with the worst hotel service. It was ranked 11th-worst. That is not a victory worth celebrating in a city where the service sector dominates. In Las Vegas, the hospitality and leisure industry employed more than 292K workers as of February 2020. In order to create its list, Planetware claimed to have examined 7.8 million TripAdvisor reviews for 9K hotels in 95 US cities and examined the justifications for 800K negative ratings.

That is ridiculous to have rated Las Vegas as one of the state with the worst hotel services. Las Vegas that always be my dream state I wish to visit anytime I come to US. Of what relevant would it be to visit a state with poor hospitality services?. The Las Vegas authorities should look into this.

I can understand why you would be upset about Las Vegas being ranked poorly in terms of hotel services. It is important for cities to prioritize offering quality services to their visitors, especially those in the hospitality industry. Perhaps the city can work towards improving its hotel services to ensure visitors have a positive experience when visiting Las Vegas.
