Las Vegas casino shooting leads to innocent bystander

According to local police, a pedestrian was killed in a shooting on Saturday night near the Las Vegas Strip after being hit by at least one stray bullet that was meant for someone else. At around 11:36 p.m., the unidentified bystander was hurt while strolling along Las Vegas Boulevard South. After being rushed there, he later passed away at University Medical Center. It appears that the shooter was aiming his weapon at a third man with whom he had recently had a disagreement. The bystander was the target of a bullet that was fired. He was critically hurt and wounded.

According to police, the victim had nothing to do with the altercation between the two men.

May we not hit by stray bullet. It was very unfortunate for that poor guy that was hit by a bullet not primarily targeted at him but mistakenly hit. This was very unfortunate.
This is what should be experienced in a society where guns possession is allowed. Why would a simple disagreement turned to the point of shooting gun in public?. It is high time the authorities addressed this issues.
