Lawsuit claims refusing COVID-19 vaccines cost employees job

It is probable that a federal judge will combine the lawsuits filed by multiple former MGM Resorts International employees who contend they were wrongfully fired for declining to get the COVID-19 vaccination.

MGM Resorts, which runs five non-gaming hotels and nine casino hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, is accused of engaging in illegal employment practices and breaking federal and state anti-discrimination laws in the complaints.

Regarding ongoing legal issues, MGM declined to comment.
