Leeds son wasted £40,000 of his mother's inheritance on Amazon and gaming websites.

A son from Leeds spent £40,000 of his mother's money on gambling sites like bookmakers and Amazon.

He also pawned her rings for extra cash. His mom noticed the missing money when she checked her bank balance after he moved out unexpectedly.

Luckily, she managed to cancel some Amazon orders, but she lost £19,000 to gambling. The son admitted to fraud and theft, receiving a suspended jail sentence.
