Leigh Griffiths, a former player for Celtic, was questioned by police regarding sports betting.

The 32-year-old confirmed that police arrived at his residence in South Lanarkshire at 7am on December 1 and took him to the British Road police precinct in Glasgow. The former Celtic and Edinburgh player was among three men arrested as part of the investigation.
Griffiths confirmed he was not detained, denied any misconduct, and made a point of declining to comment on the topic of the inquiry.
