Light & Wonder considering possible listing on Australian Stock Exchange

Light & Wonder, a slot machine manufacturer, informed investors on Wednesday that it is contemplating a secondary listing of its assets on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). This would occur in addition to its existing Nasdaq primary listing. Light & Wonder's biggest market beyond the United States is Australia, and a Sydney listing could provide the gaming company with additional exposure to Australia's investment firms. The Las Vegas-based company stated that it will notify investors once the evaluation process is completed, but no time frame was provided. It went on to say that there are no assurances that a supplementary offering on the ASX will happen.
