Liquor & Gaming NSW fines company for illegal gambling inducements

Gaming and Liquor PlayUp Interactive was fined $350,000 in New South Wales for providing gambling inducements to its patrons.

The maximum fine that New South Wales has levied for gambling violations is $350,000.

According to a Liquor & Gaming NSW investigation, PlayUp Interactive, the company that runs the fantasy gaming operator DraftStars, made 33 unlawful offers that promoted customer inducements.
